If a vehicle involved in an accident and doesn’t have full coverage then the owner of the vehicle is fully responsible for all towing, recovery, and storage charges. All towing, recovery, and storage, and charge must be paid first in full before a vehicle is released.

If towed by Plymouth Police Department, Conshohocken Police Department or Norristown Police Department a Police Release is required in other to release the vehicle. Police Department Release must be obtained from the Police Department that had the vehicle towed.
